MenoPlus 8-PN® combines a blend of herbs and nutrients including LifeNol®, a patented hops extract, which has been shown to reduce hot flushes associated with menopause. Traditionally, in western herbal medicine, sage is used to reduce night sweats associated with menopause while lavender oil is used to relieve sleeplessness. Vitamin D supports bone health and vitamin C supports the functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Each tablet contains: Herbal extracts dry concentrate: Salvia officinalis (sage) leaf 300mg equiv. to dry 1.5g equiv. to thujone 3micrograms Rehmannia glutinosa (rehmannia) root 100mg equiv. to fresh 1g Herbal extracts dry concentrate standardised: Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) root 187.5mg min. equiv. to dry 1.1g std. to shatavarin 2.8mg Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa(zizyphus) seed 150mg min. equiv. to dry 3g std. to saponins 3mg Humulus lupulus (hops) flower - Lifenol® 100mg min. equiv. to dry 2g std. to 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN®) 75micrograms Essential oil: Lavender oil 40mg Nutrients: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg Colecalciferol 12.5micrograms equiv. to vitamin D3 500IU Dosage: Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day before bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
