IMPORTANT UPDATE

Kia Ora to our wonderful Customers!


ONLINE ORDERS:

Due to Lockdown Level 3 we have been inundated with LARGE volumes of orders. As a direct result, there may be additional delays with processing your order. Our team is working as fast as they can to clear all orders while still maintaining social distancing.

If you need medicine urgently (non prescription), we suggest you visit your local Pharmacy (Antibiotics, Thrush treatment, cold and flu medicine, Antihistamines e.t.c).


Stock/Suppliers

Suppliers are also struggling to keep up with the extra demand and increased delays with courier companies/Overseas Suppliers. This too is adding to our delays and is unfortunately beyond our control.


Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock we will remove this from your order and notify you via email. You will not be charged for any items removed from order as the charge is only completed when we complete the order.


Please note if your order was originally over $100 and you qualified for FREE shipping, you will still get free shipping if the value goes below $100 when any out of stock products are removed.


CANCELLING ORDERS

You can email us on: cancel@pharmacydirect.co.nz. Please note, before you choose to do this, we are unable to reinstate your original order. You will need to place a new order again if you wish to reorder.


DELIVERY TIMES

NZ Post are experiencing higher than normal volumes of packages. They have advised there is up to a 5 day delay AFTER your parcel leaves us. Please note we can only open investigations if it has been more than 10 WORKING DAYS since it has left our warehouse.

COMMUNICATION

Our Team is currently not answering phones during Level 3 so they can focus on emails. If you need to get in touch with us, please include your order number in your email (if applicable). We aim to answer your email within 12 - 24 hours (excluding weekends & Public Holidays).


PRESCRIPTION QUERIES

You can email the dispensary directly on: pharmacist@pharmacydirect.co.nz

or you can get your prescription emailed to us directly from your Doctor's Office on: pharmacist@pharmacydirect.co.nz 

If you have received a text to phone the Dispensary, please leave a message so that they can call you back.


SHOP HOURS

Our Physical shop is open Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm

We currently have a 1 customer at a time policy. Please bring a list of items you wish to purchase as you will not be allowed to walk around inside the pharmacy during lockdown. There is a temporary table/counter near the front door.
