Shipping Costs:
- North Island orders under $100 = $6.95
- South Island orders under $150 = $7.45
- Rural Delivery: Add $4.75 (e.g., North = $11.70 total, South = $12.20 total)
Free Shipping:
Orders over $100 (North Island) and over $150 (South Island) qualify for FREE Standard Shipping*.
*Excludes Rural Surcharge & Heavy/Bulky Orders
Rural: Still pay the $4.75 surcharge if your order qualifies for free shipping.
Bulky/Heavy Orders: You’ll only pay the excess, not the standard fee. We will contact you if this applies.
Processing Times:
- Processing Time: We ask for 2-4 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays) to process orders
- Payment Delays: Orders paid by Internet Banking are only processed once payment clears
- Special Items: Prestige Beauty/Fragrances/Adult Toys/Molicare may take 7-14 working days

If your order exceeds the weight limits, we’ll contact you with the actual shipping cost before charging.
UK/Scotland/Wales/N. Ireland/Isle of Man:
Due to UK VAT laws, orders must be over $300 NZD (excluding shipping). Additional charges may apply based on weight.
Delivery Times (Once the order is completed):
- Australia: Airpost: 10 -15 business days | Courier: 5 - 7 business days
- Rest of the World: Airpost: 20 - 30 business days | Courier: 10 - 15 business days
